Agreeing to follow the rules we’ve worked out with Lucasfilms/ Disney for using their intellectual property (IP).
Follow the rules set forth by the Forest Moon Festival.
Having appropriate insurance for your business/ activity.

Participating vendors will become featured destinations on our New APP, Promotional Festival Map, Forest Moon Festival Event Calendar, and Other Marketing Collateral.

Scavenger Hunt/Passport Add-ons

I would like to be included in the Coupon Passport campaign from 5/30 - 6/1.

If offering passport/scavenger hunt item, be specific to what it is (i.e. 15% off, Find the Forest Creature)

I would like to be included in the Scavenger Hunt, from 5/30 - 6/1, and agree to work with the festival in facilitating attendees coming to my business location and participating. I also acknowledge that the festival does not guarantee attendees coming to my business nor any sales as a result of scavenger hunt participation.
